Concerns:
Magna Learning Partnership encourages all those who interact with us and our academies to raise any concerns they may have with us. In this way we believe that misunderstandings can be rectified and problems can be addressed.
Any person, including members of the public, may make a complaint to MLP about any provision of facilities or services that we provide. Unless complaints are dealt with under separate statutory procedures (such as appeals relating to admissions, and exclusions; matters likely to require a child protection investigation; whistleblowing; staff grievances or conduct), we will use our Complaints Procedure Complaints_Procedure.pdf
Central Services: If you have completed the Stage 1 process and remain dissatisfied, you can escalate your complaint to Stage 2 via our Stage 2 Complaint Form - Central Services.
Academies: All Stage 1 concerns and Stage 2 complaints must be directed to the academy they relate, please refer to the academy website for full guidance.
If you have completed the Stage 2 process and remain dissatisfied, you can escalate your complaint to Stage 3 via our Stage 3 Complaint Form.
